Welcome to Celebso Startup School. Celebso Startup School (“Celebso Startup School”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a startup and entrepreneurship education initiative operated by Celebso Technologies, under the Celebso Group.
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, application process, educational programs, events, learning resources, community, and related services (“Services”). By accessing our website, submitting an application, registering for the program, or participating in our Services, you agree to these Terms.
Celebso Startup School provides practical entrepreneurship and startup-focused education designed to help participants understand startup building, business strategy, product development, technology, marketing, growth, fundraising, leadership, and related areas.
The current program is a 45-Day Startup & Entrepreneurship Program. The next planned cohort is scheduled to begin in January 2027.
Program curriculum, sessions, mentors, activities, schedule, delivery format, and other program components may be changed when reasonably required.
Applicants must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the application and registration process.
Celebso Startup School may establish eligibility requirements for individual cohorts or programs.
Submitting an application or interest form does not guarantee admission, selection, enrollment, or participation. We reserve the right to accept or reject applications based on our applicable selection criteria.

The fee for the January 2027 cohort has not yet been finalized.
The applicable program fee and any additional charges will be communicated before enrollment or payment. Submitting an application does not create any payment obligation.
Once a participant enrolls and makes a payment, the applicable fee, cancellation, and refund terms communicated at the time of enrollment will govern that payment.
Where applicable, payments must be made only through payment methods officially communicated by Celebso Technologies or Celebso Startup School.
Celebso Technologies will not be responsible for payments made to unauthorized individuals, accounts, links, or platforms. Participants should verify payment details before making any payment.
Cancellation and refund terms will be communicated at the time of enrollment and payment.
Different cohorts, programs, services, or payment plans may have different cancellation or refund conditions.
Any applicable refund request will be evaluated according to the refund policy applicable to the participant's enrollment.

Examples, projections, case studies, mentor opinions, and business strategies shared during the program are for educational purposes and do not constitute guarantees of future results.
Celebso Startup School may invite founders, entrepreneurs, investors, professionals, educators, industry experts, and other individuals as mentors or speakers.
Mentor and speaker availability is subject to their schedules. We may replace or change mentors and speakers when reasonably necessary.
Views expressed by individual mentors or speakers are their own and do not necessarily represent the official views of Celebso Technologies or Celebso Group.
All original educational materials provided by Celebso Startup School, including presentations, course materials, videos, templates, frameworks, documents, recordings, graphics, logos, website content, software, and other proprietary materials remain the property of Celebso Technologies, Celebso Group, or their respective owners, unless otherwise stated.
Participants may use these materials for their personal educational purposes. Participants may not copy, reproduce, sell, distribute, publish, commercially exploit, or publicly redistribute proprietary materials without prior written permission.
Participants generally retain ownership of startup ideas, businesses, products, inventions, designs, code, trademarks, content, and other intellectual property that they independently create or own.
Participation in Celebso Startup School does not automatically transfer ownership of participant intellectual property to Celebso Technologies or Celebso Group.
Participants are responsible for taking appropriate steps to protect their intellectual property, including obtaining professional legal advice or registrations where appropriate.
Participants may receive or discuss information relating to other participants, startups, projects, businesses, mentors, speakers, partners, or other parties.
Participants agree not to intentionally misuse or disclose confidential information received through the program without authorization.
Participants should respect the confidentiality of other participants' business ideas, documents, strategies, data, and communications. Nothing in these Terms creates a separate confidentiality obligation beyond what is required by applicable law unless expressly agreed in writing.
Participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully. The following conduct may result in suspension or removal from the program:

Participants may be required to satisfy attendance, project, assignment, assessment, or other completion requirements to receive a certificate or other program recognition.
The applicable completion requirements may be communicated separately. Registration or payment alone does not guarantee a certificate.

Celebso Startup School may suspend or terminate access to the website, program, community, or Services if a participant materially violates these Terms or engages in conduct that may adversely affect the School, its participants, mentors, partners, or community.
Personal information collected through our website, application process, or program will be handled according to our Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms by reference.
By submitting an application or registering for the program, you may receive communications regarding application status, enrollment, program schedules, sessions, administrative notices, events, community activities, and relevant Celebso opportunities. You may opt out of promotional communications where an unsubscribe option is available.
Celebso Technologies may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be published on this website with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
25. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
26. Jurisdiction: Subject to applicable law, courts having appropriate jurisdiction in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising in connection with these Terms or the Services.
27. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by applicable law.
28. Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, applicable enrollment terms, payment terms, refund policy, Code of Conduct, and other policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement.
